StableNote helps horse owners organize care records, reminders, passport details, images, and selected sharing. This policy explains what information the app processes and why.
Information we process
Account information such as your email address and authentication identifier; horse profiles, care records, tasks, breeding information, passport details, notes, images, and stable locations you choose to provide; subscription and entitlement status; and technical diagnostics needed to keep the app reliable.
How information is used
We use this information to provide synchronization, reminders, sharing, image storage, passport text recognition, subscription access, security, customer support, and crash diagnosis. StableNote does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
StableNote uses Supabase for authentication and supporting storage, Convex for synchronized app data, RevenueCat and Apple for purchases and entitlements, Microsoft Azure for passport text recognition, and Sentry for technical error reporting. These providers process information only to deliver their respective services.
Sharing
Horse information is shared only when an owner uses the app's sharing feature. Invited people can view the selected horse and related records, but they cannot make changes. Do not upload information or images you do not have permission to use.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations. You can delete your account and associated app data from the profile settings in StableNote. You may also contact us for assistance.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and provider security controls. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Your choices
You can edit or remove most records in the app, revoke shared access, control notification and device permissions, restore purchases, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information.
Children
StableNote is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
